Olivia Turns Into An Elf

Has anyone seen my child lately, she seems to have packed her bags and headed North with Santa!

All Aboard The Polar Express

On Saturday, we took our annual ride on the Polar Express bound for the North Pole. The train was all decked out in holiday decorations and we were read the Polar Express story. We sipped on hot cocoa and ate some fresh baked cookies on the long ride to the North Pole. Along the way we sang Christmas Carols, just hoping that Santa would hear us. Olivia and Skylar went up in the front of the train car to lead everyone in Deck The Halls. Olivia held the microphone and you could hear her little voice signing away. When we started to get closer to the North Pole, everyone quickly went back to their seats and peered out the window as we rolled into town. Suddenly, there were elves everywhere outside, waving to us, along with a gingerbread man, frosty the snowman, Rudolph and St Nick himself.

Santa came on board and passed out one of his reindeer bells. Some say you can only hear the bell ring if you truly believe.

Stone Zoo Lights

Last night, we went to the Stone Zoo to see the lights. They really do a great job lighting up the
zoo for the holidays. Olivia enjoyed all the rides and seeing Santa.
